Megan Moore:

I am so thankful that my wedding planning team connected me with Rhiannon.  One element that was set in stone before even a date was set was to have an instrumentalist (specifically a harpist) play at our wedding... After first communicating / meeting with Rhiannon I knew I wanted to move forward and have her perform on our special day.  She was incredibly easy to talk to...  She was transparent and provided snippets of her music and was always very attentive to detail.

Not only was Rhiannon amazing from a working-standpoint (e.g. logistics, timelines, etc.), she is truly an incredible instrumentalist.  Her repertoire of music spans from classic wedding, to Celtic, to modern love songs (e.g. Ed Sheeran / John Legend!).  To this day, family members and friends comment on just how beautiful that additional touch was on the day of.  I am so grateful I was able to work with Rhiannon and would 10/10 recommend her for any occasion!

Kelly Tang:

I had the pleasure to have a few lessons with Rhiannon in Ireland, and one remains one of my favorite tunes still! Rhiannon is experienced and patient, she is always well annunciated and can explain herself well. She also notates very quickly if a visual explanation is needed. She has a great sense of musical taste, and a great range of repertoire, which was always well organized. Rhiannon was also very generous with sharing her knowledge, accessory, contacts and everything that needs to know having a harp. I was so lucky to have learnt from Rhiannon and I feel so blessed staying in touch with Rhiannon!

To whom it may concern:

Rhiannon played at the Department for International Trade’s Celtic Network St Patrick’s Day event on 17th March 2021.  Due to the pandemic, the event was hosted online and Rhiannon kindly joined us from the East Coast of the USA.

Her set was in between a talk by the Ambassador of Ireland to the UK (who personally thanked Rhiannon for her wonderful soothing playing) and another lecture by Dr Clare Downham from the University of Liverpool talking about the history of St Patrick and St Patrick’s Day.

Rhiannon played three pieces in a short set and everyone thoroughly enjoyed her skilful playing and excellent choice of pieces for a St Patrick’s Day event.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Rhiannon and her playing for any event.

Best wishes,

Margaret
